Our bylaws are a legal document that outlines how our Recovery Center is governed. It highlights our activities such as frequency of board meetings, voting procedures, amendment procedures, and more.
As a 501c3 nonprofit recovery organization, we file Form 990 with the IRS. Form 990 provides a wealth of information about our organization’s financials and ensures that we are conducting business, in a way that is congruant with our public responsibilities.
Our first year tax returns and financial statements are currently being audited and will be posted when the audit is complete. Our Federal and State tax exemption forms are available below.
