Brittny Horton is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) and accomplished community operations leader with a track record of building and scaling impactful behavioral health programs. Drawing from lived experience and professional expertise, she brings a trauma-informed, person-centered lens to both direct service and organizational strategy. Throughout her career, Brittny has led high-performing teams across rural and underserved areas, expanding peer-led services to reach hundreds of individuals. She is known for cultivating inclusive, resilient team cultures, improving systems of care, and integrating peer support into broader service models. Her leadership has resulted in increased engagement, improved outcomes, and stronger community trust. Brittny is deeply committed to reducing stigma, uplifting lived experience, and ensuring that recovery-oriented services are accessible, empowering, and sustainable. She is so excited to work alongside Johnson City Recovery Center and the community to further the mission of to improve the quality of life for individuals, families and communities who have been affected by substance use and addiction.
